About the Author Writing has always been a passion with me as it is a means to unlocking the imagination. I feel the best writers are those that Inspire me to want to be creative myself. I started writing a journal as a child and I still have a notebook with me where ever I go. I seem to have an affinity with animals and I like to include them in my story-telling frequently. I am very lucky to have had several cats inspiring me first hand. Other animals in the neighbourhood interacting with my cats have been the basis for the story of Jazz. There are foxes, squirrels, birds and local dogs who visit and they always have something to say with their varied characteristics! I have had a holiday apartment in Finnish Lapland, which is a magical place for a writer and has inspired Jazz. |
